We will discuss nutritional requirements and tailoring the diet for individual training needs. During the day you will receive plenty of practical advice about how to include the right foods at the right time and in the right way to aid pre and post training and recovery. We will discuss the common signs of overtraining and the implications this may have on clients overall health. During the afternoon the day will cover the safe and appropriate use of supplements including safety for professional athletes.
