Advice re food allergy test for female, aged 31, who wants to manage eczema and skin issues (dermatitis, hives)

Has also been diagnosed with hidradenitis suppurativa. Historically, I have tended to use York Laboratories for such investigation but am thinking about trying Cyrex Array 10 and wondered if anyone has any experience or thoughts on this? Many Thanks Kate Whitelock
