Arimadex

Hi. I’m seeing a client next week: Breast Ca 2011, chemo Nov ’11 to Aug’12, followed by Tamoxifen which resulted in DVT, therefore warfarin. Now off warfarin and taking Arimadex instead of Tamoxifen. IBS type symptoms since chemo. Fatigue since Arimadex. What particular focus is required re the Arimadex? Thank…
