Hi Dr. Born, I wonder could you advise how common it is for Parkinson’s to present with gait changes and no tremor? Also, is Parkinson’s disease a clinical diagnosis or is there a definitive test such as a DAT scan? Louise

History of severe asthma in childhood, frequent steroids, multiple allergies, depression/anger in last 4 years, speech stutter since teenage years, poor quality diet high in gluten, dairy and sugar. Potentional exposure to pesticides from farm environment in childhood. Concussion to the head 2 years ago in skiing accident.  

I was wondering if anyone has used lithium orotate in Parkinson’s and, if so, to what effect. There is research to show that lithium profoundly prevents the aggregation of toxic proteins and cell loss associated with PD in a mouse model of the condition. Please let me know. Thanks Hannah
