Just seen client with complex history of emotional instability and depression. Childhood asthma, allergies, Scarlet Fever, tonsillitis, whooping cough. Emotional hardship. 20’s and 30’s – addictions – alcohol, drugs, smoking. 30’s diagnosed hypothyroid (Hashimoto’s).
