candida; die-off; elimination diet

Hi there, Female, 28.  She has had long term GI symptoms presenting as bloating, cramping, constipation, which are impacting her on a daily basis, along with fatigue, recurrent UTIs, thrush and sinus congestion.  I suspect mould playing a part and she is actually moving home in July.  Really good diet…
