About Dr Tom Gedman
Dr Tom Gedman is a GP working within the NHS and private sector with a specialist interest in cognitive therapy, empathy in healthcare and functional medicine. He has taught widely on empathy, connection and conflict in clinical encounters and how to remedy this using T.E.A.M (Testing, Empathy, Assessment of Resistance, Methods) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools. He works with 2 leading functional longevity clinics in London but also within his own company, MindMove Health to deliver structured cognitive therapy protocols to improve mood issues, habits and addictions and relationships. His passion is in public health and he has developed and delivered his holistic, Lifestyle Medicine and Psychotherapy Group Program, the ‘Happy 100 Blueprint’ to NHS patients in Coventry with great results in the last year.
